Become a member

How do you become a member of Mountain Heritage Federal Credit Union? You first must be eligible to become a member. Requirements are listed below. Then just fill out a membership application.

The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

 

1) Employees of the Parkersburg District of the Internal Revenue Service, Treasury Department of the U.S. Government, who work in West Virginia, Employment Standards Administration Office of Workers Compensation.

 2) Employees of the following who work in the Federal Building in Parkersburg, West Virginia: Farmers Home Administration, Department of Agriculture, U.S. District Court, and General Services Administration.

3) Employees of the Appalachian Fruit Research Station, U.S. Department of Agriculture, who work in Kearneysville, West Virginia.

4) Employees of Battelle and RMS Technologies, who work at the U.S. Coast Guard Operation Systems Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

5) Employees of the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, National Tracing Center, who work in Falling Waters, West Virginia.

6) Certified volunteers of Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) and of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), programs established and administered by the Internal Revenue Service, who work in the State of West Virginia under the supervision of the Internal Revenue Service staff.

7) Employees of the following who work in the West Virginia locations named: Lunch Box - West Virginia Society for the Blind, Federal Building, Parkersburg; United States Department of the Interior, National Biological Survey, at the Leetown Center, Kearneysville.

8) Employees of the following who work in West Virginia locations named: Digicon Corporation, Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Building, Martinsburg; Ogden Government Services, IRS Computing Center, Martinsburg, IRS Feild Office, Huntington, NTC Contractor at ATF Facility, Falling Waters; Wyoming County Workshop, Inc. at Beckley Federal Building; Employees and Volunteers of Little Eagle Child Care Center who work in Kearneysville, WV; Employees of the U.S. Coast Guard who work in Kearneysville, WV; Employees of .

9) Family of credit union members, defined as: a) Relatives, by blood or marriage, living under the same roof in the same household; and b) Daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, and grandchildren, living under the same roof in the same household with childrem who are members of the credit union, are also eligible.

10) Employees and volunteers of Little Eagle Child Care Center who work in Kearneysville, West Virginia.

11) Employees of the U.S. Coast Guard who work in Kearneysville, West Virginia.

12) Employees of the United States District Court who work in Beckley, West Virginia.

13) Employees of the following groups who work in Martinsburg, West Virginia
